Be creative — be prepared to think outside the box. Increased financial restraints force us to be more creative. Sometimes it is a blessing in disguise. Where there is a will there is a way. Aspart of my series about the “How To Take Your Company From Good To Great”, I had the pleasure of interviewing Rachana Adyanthaya & Julia Esteve Boyd of the podcast, Manners Matter 2! Manners Matter 2 is a no nonsense, lighthearted etiquette podcast focusing on modern day dilemmas. Hosted by etiquette and coaching consultants; Rachana Adyanthaya and Julia Esteve Boyd. They explore day to day experiences, challenges and how they tackle tricky situations with grace…………most of the time! Thank you so much for joining us in this interview series! Before we dive in, our readers would love to “get to know you” a bit better. Can you tell us a bit about your ‘backstory’ and how you got started? Manners Matter 2 is a collaboration between 2 etiquette consultants whose mission aligned. They wanted to make the world of etiquette accessible to all and do away with the stuffy connotations that are often linked to it. The notion that etiquette is only applicable to a certain class or subset of the population based on social status, wealth, and education. Here at manners matter 2 we understand the profound impact that etiquette can have on your first impressions. The ability to instill trust, confidence, and rapport. All essential skills to take you to next level success. In an environment where everyone has the same pre-requisite skills to do the job, these are the skills that will set you apart from the herd to equip you with polish and confidence.
