and influence decide who moves forward. Later, as an entrepreneur and performance coach, I learned firsthand that clarity, not more effort, is what changes everything.
As an athlete who represented the England National Lacrosse Team, I learned the discipline, focus, and mindset that high performance requires, the kind that keeps you steady when pressure peaks.
